My name is Oliver and I am a fan of carpentry. As a child I was able to learn the art of carpentry with my grandfather, who taught me everything he knew. Together we produced some really great pieces of furniture. Some of the most beautiful projects still remain in my home, more than 20 years later.

I am really happy to be working with wood every day for over 22 years now. Nowadays, I build all kind of carpentry furniture for people.

This site is kind of an addition to my long list of hobbys. I am fortunate to have enough free time and can afford to use this site as a kind of diary of my carpentry skills. In past decades, you have gained an enormous amount of knowledge in this field and it would be a shame to miss one day. That's why I decided to create this site with the help of my son, who definitely knows more about this “internet” than I do.
